BBQ
The Eazy Spit in BBQ mode grilling.
Rolled Beef and Lamb
A barrel of silver side / top rump to the right. Half a lamb deboned and rolled.
Gammon, Sirlon and Rolled Beef
From left to right, Silverside, Sirloin on the bone and a gammon.
Guinea Fowl
Cooked in one hour in the snow!
Sunday Roast
Silver Side, with the fat dripping onto the potatoes. Makes a wonderful Sunday roast. Potatoes were peeled and laid in the tray when the meat was put on, and were ready at the same time as the meat.
Gammon
Gammon was cooked on the 24th of December, with oak wood chipping to add to the flavor. The skin was taken off after two hours and then basted with Tiptree chili-mustard and honey.
